挾尸要價(jià)MONEY FOR CORPSE “……說好的三萬六，錢到位了再往上拉……我只聽老板的。”身穿白色襯衫的王守海站在船頭，一只手牽著一根繩子，繩子的另一頭在水中，系著一具英雄的遺體。 2009年10月24日下午2時(shí)許，湖北荊州市郊長(zhǎng)江寶塔灣兩名來此游玩的小孩落水，長(zhǎng)江大學(xué)文理學(xué)院（獨(dú)立學(xué)院）的9名大學(xué)生跳入江中手拉手施救，兩名兒童得救，但救人的大學(xué)生陳及時(shí)、何東旭、方招被卷入長(zhǎng)江的暗流中。隨后，兩條漁船和多名冬泳隊(duì)員在尋找未果后，無奈上岸。二十多分鐘后，兩只打撈船開來，不急著撈人，張口就與校方談價(jià)，“每具尸體一萬兩千元”。在場(chǎng)師生臨時(shí)湊了4000元并承諾將尸體撈上來后再補(bǔ)上3.2萬元。3時(shí)30分陳及時(shí)被打撈上來，4時(shí)45分方招的胳膊、頭被拖出水面。 此時(shí)，得知3.6萬元還沒有全部到位，王守海停止打撈，手牽綁著方招尸體的繩子“挾尸”與岸上的校方要價(jià)。一個(gè)多小時(shí)后，待學(xué)校將余款如數(shù)送達(dá)后，打撈重新開始。 王守海受雇于這一新生“行當(dāng)”的老板陳波。日前，有關(guān)方面查明，荊州市八凌打撈有限公司的陳波行為已構(gòu)成敲詐勒索，公安機(jī)關(guān)已依法將其治安拘留15天，并處1000元罰款。在社會(huì)輿論的壓力下，陳波將收取學(xué)校的3.6萬元撈尸費(fèi)全部退還。 "36,000 yuan,it`s said that we will pull upward when the money is in place.I just listen to the boss."Wang Shouhai,wearing a white shirt,standing on the bow, with a rope in one hand.The rope's other end is in the water, tied with a hero's body.At 2 p.m. of October 24,2009, two children who came to play fell into the Yangtze River in Baota Bay, Jingzhou ,Hubei. Teachers and students temporarily collected 4,000 yuan and promised to afford the remaining 32 thousand yuan after salvaging the corpses. 3:30,Chen Jishi has been salvaged , 4:45, Fangzhao's arm and head was pushed out . Then, knowing that 36 thousand yuan has not yet fully in place, Wang Shouhai stopped salvaging, holding a rope tied to Fangzhao's body and asking the money to the school .An hour later,after school afford the remaining money, they started salvaging again. Wang Shouhai was employed in this new "business" by the owner of Chenbo.Recently the authorities identify, Jingzhou City, Chenbo(the boss of Baling salvage corporation)'s acts constitute extortion, according to the law,he will be detained for 15 days,and be imposed a fine of 1,000 yuan. Under the pressure of public opinion,Chenbo returned 36,000 yuan charged from school. ?
